I was thinking about either something Scottish with his name on it as I've seen a couple minky ones with Scotland flags on their FB page or perhaps something rugby related like "Future Rugby Star" with rugby posts and a ball on it (though I still hope he becomes a gymnast or ballet dancer- OH is hopeful that will compliment his rugby and that he'll pla prop. He's so little at the moment that I can't imagine him in a scrum He'll definitely have to move off the 0.4th centile if he's going to do that!). The bobbled minky is lush so I may need to think of another design in the future which can use that! Though I think that looks best on girly print so I may need to save that for the future...

Do they work out expensive once you add in embroidery etc? I think I'll at least need to wait until June pay day! x

Best to try 'building' your nappy into your basket to see how its adding up.
You can keep cost down by using only 1 fabric, rather than 2 or more
and sticking to 1 embroidery
If you go for a one-size( BTP) nappy, Rory may not fit in it perfectly now - but by time he's 8-9lbs he will - and then you'll get loads more wear out of it than one of the sized ones! IYKWIM!

Though I must admit, we do have the odd wee roary lion outfit

I think I'll start to nose about on the WN website a wee bit more with a view to ordering in a few weeks time... BTP definitely sounds like a good idea!
