has anyone ever used them and have a phone number / address?
they are on the bg site as suppliers but i placed an order on the 2nd which never came and they dont respond to any emails.

Sorry - never heard of them. I hope your stuff turns up.

They are actually in contravention of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 by not displaying a postal address on the website. Which is bizarre as they have referenced it elsewhere.

If they sent it 2nd class, I have just had a packet take nearly 3 weeks :shock:

Otherwise insist on a refund and then go through your card issuer if you paid by card to open a dispute.
