Do they have any extra absorbency in the middle Tory? Some dont and you can chuck in a bamboo or zorb (or whatever) booster into the fold to get them to last longer.

Yes but DD being a girl less in the middle of the prefolds and having fanned the back out it just never offers as much absorption as tri folded for us... I use prefolds with my eldest and also with my muddle so I know they are fab...we are just struggling to get it right in my skinny miss :)

Eta no they ate just plain cotton, I should dig out the boosters I guess!

I can still get away with oww small prefolds on Honey (nearly 20 months) pad folded obviously :giggle: but I really recommend them we could do with size medium now tho if there's a co-op :lookround:

I got 2 large prefolds in the last oww coop love them!
I have done a few different folds. I often use the tri fold , then just fold the top over so the front second is double the thickness. As Pearl pee's like a boy! :giggle:
They are cheap, easy to use, pad out your stash, ready to use straight out the wash ( once dry) no need to snap bits in ect and they are actually really cute! Will be using them more with any other baba's I have.
