Nappy Bin

Postby weefywoo » Thu Jun 16, 2011 11:03 am

I need a new nappy bin! The 2 I have are rubbish and leak smells :-?

I've been searching everywhere for the Wilkos lockable bin that loads of you use but cant' find it, Can anyone link me to something that will hold about 24 (fitted) nappies and won't leak stench :puke: bag or bin is fine
TIA :D

I have this but it came with a lid, not much use without!

XL nappy bags! Honestly far better than bins. We stitched to wetbags and I wouldn't use bins again!

I know its not actually a nappy bin but I needed something a bit bigger than the nappy bin that I had, and I wish I had bought this to start with!

We've got a big, bog standard, cheap-from-Tesco, flip top bin.
The lid seems to hold the smells in pretty well & I only really notice the pong when I'm emptying the nappies into the washer. A quick 30 mins airing outside soon has the bin smelling fresh again & once a month or so, I'll give it a wipe round with a lemon anti-bac wipe, just to keep it fresh.

Oooh I like the Ikea one since we can't find our big nappy bucket (I'm sure it is in the loft but DH can't see it) I need a new one.

(sorry for thread jack)
