Dissapointed today

Have you complained to the person you bought it from? They can't do anything to rectify it if you don't tell them you're unhappy.

Oh no, that's awful. While our expectations of fair, good or excellent used condition varies from person to person I would very much expect an accurate description. Did you buy it on here? Can you contact the seller to inform them?

I would certainly pm the person involved and see what they say, if you are still not happy contact a mod and let them know and finally, leave feedback.

Thanks--I've not contacted the seller as yet as I've already been exasperated by their lack of communication after I paid for it, so am not holding out much hope of hearing back. I will let them know, though (it was from on CNT), but I really dislike leaving non-positive feedback, I tend to just not leave any (i.e. on ebay) if I am not happy. (like when I rec'd 12-18 mths shorts that were sold to me as size 3-4yrs because they "would still fit" )

I know descriptions are quite subjective, and some people treat their nappies one way, and some another....off to think what I might say...

Leaving no feedback does no one any good though, certainly not future buyers.

just tell them honestly that you're not happy and why. Feedback is very important here, future buyers appreciate honest opinions on feedback.

Def leave feedback, thats the whole purpose of it. Hopefully they will scrub up a bit for you
