30 sounds entirely reasonable to me, have you indicated that energy prices mean more nappies=fewer washes and no tumble drier? works for us....

I'm loving these devious plans, especially getting other people to wrap them up for you

Even as someone that doesn't have any compulsion to buy nappies really, I don't think 28 is a lot. I have about 20-22 and definitely in my opinion need a couple more just to be comfortable, especially now that we have no drier.
