Yep WTS - if a seller expected me to pay fees after advetising an 'all in' price, then I would be most annoyed!

Exactly what everyone else has said! I.e. it would include postage & PP fees.
It's a bit crazy to say a price is all in(cluded) & then after the sale ask you to pay the PP fees too :-?

I agree all-in means postage and fees. Maybe the seller is new to using paypal, and didn't realise that fees would be deducted.
