ok so been on the wee notion site + god only knows why i am bothering cos i cant afford it but i am grasping at straws - basically my sis in law once saw some of my nappies + was mightily impressed so i am hoping if i can convince her first off then maybe my bro will agree to buy DS a nappy for xmas. :giggle:
so, i have my carpe diem embroidery  but whats the best nappy to get with it? like a one size pocket? or a side snap? or a day? what what?

I'm a bit of a WN obsessive ATM.
I'm moving onto NL and wraps at the moment but I have used their pockets and AI2's so depends on your preference and how much of a heavy wetter he is.
AI2 are great cause you can change the inserts but keep the shell so keep showing off your lovely nappy for longer :D
I had then put in two lots of snaps into their AI2's so I could use my IB inserts. But that's just cause I prefer their inserts.
As for pockets you can insert the absorbancy so maybe better if he's a heavier wetter. SS v's OS is done to your prefernce again. I get a good fit with both OS will fit from very young till approx PTing but if he's above 18lbs you may find the large fits okay anyway.
As for two fabrics you can have the front and back different colours or you can have boarder cuts or stripes ect.
As for the rise I find with the standard we get a little bit of builders bum. The standard sits on the hips and the higher sits just below the button or ao it does on my two.
Enjoy planning. I only ordered yesterday and I have a basket full again.
