BTP nappies - when did you start using the large setting?

DS is almost 15 months and his BGs and Flips are still on the medium rise setting... Not really sure when I should change them, how can you tell which is the best setting?

I have just unpoppered the BGs and an still using the medium setting on our flips. My LO is twelve months and 24lbs and has lovely chunky thighs! The fit on the BGs just starting being difficult and unpoppering sorted it out.

DD is 2 and a half and we're still on the medium rise on our BGs. So it really does depend on the baby!

I've never used the biggest setting on my btp's. But my LO's are skinny smallies!

I'd go up a setting when the rise us looking a little low, but you might need to tighten the waist more when you go up on the rise!

I've been having to use our Easyfits on the largest setting since he was about 5 months I kept putting them on the medium setting and I kept hearing popping noises every time he moved the rise poppers kept undoing when he moved! Then they started getting quite low in the rise anyway - but he is quite a long and chunky baby. They fit him on the largest setting fine, no leg gape at all and the tabs meet in the middle.

Emma is 2 next month (and petite for her age) and we're still using the middle rise settings on Wonderoo 1+2, Easyfit 2s and Blueberries. We've been using WNOS on the largest rise setting for a while though.

Just last week for our flips, DD is 22 months.
