Ok not quite on topic, i am currently holed up in my bathroom with af pains so bad i almost passed out (deadly serious unfortunately) i still haven't had 'proper' af since having Austin and from what i remember of my labour this is worse! Yet no af!? Wtf i have taken paracetamol and am hoping that will take the edge off so i can move again as i am sat in the only comfy position atm (on the toilet, not sexy )
But anyway my question is did anyone else fine it this bad when af returned? What helped

Yes I found it incredibly painful. I took painkillers and feminax (sp?) That is fabulous stuff for af pains. Hope you feel better soon hun

yes my af was the worst pain i had ever felt! Have you tried a hot water bottle on your tummy? for you hunnie. xx

aww the first af was painful, like the afterpains, but didnt last too long. next af was pain free

Yes 1st af after was painful but like it has been said the pain didn't last that long 2 days for me then tailed off. Hope it dies down soon.

1st AF was painful, try a Nurofen period pain heat patch (godsend!) hope the pains have eased off

1st AF is the pits. I use co-codamol and a hot water bottle. Sleeping on my tummy helped too. Hope the pains are easing off.
