No - I've been wearing my HER pads even though AF only returned this weekend :evil:

but I feel like I need a little extra protection as I've not been on top of my pelvic floor excercises :oops:

I bought lots of CSP in aticipation of AF about 6months ago... and they are sat brand new in the cupboard as AF hasn't been back since :roll:

So no not wrong at all. and they are much softer than my m&s knickers :hohoho:

I think some people use liners all the time, so I don't see why not.
