Opinions - How to decorate my dungarees?

I've just made these dungarees for my 2 year 9 month old. I was lucky enough to get the fabric for £1 by up cycling a pair of adult trousers, hence the belt loops of the shoulder straps. Now I'm struggling to decide how to brighten them up. Your opinions are appreciated. See pics.

Firstly can I just say wow these are fab!
I think I'd go with the owl buttons and lace/zig-zag trim, but all the options are lovely so I don't think you can go wrong really

She changed her mind a few times and then chose the fox and the shell buttons.
