Ok I was going to have a bash at dyeing Ruairidh's muslins but the linky not working now

I have dylon cold water dyes.

I'm guessing their server is down as they're still in google as recent if that makes sense?

Can you use manutex instead of the shaving foam to thicken the dyes?

I think the idea of the shaving foam is to stop the different colours mixing rather than to thicken the dye. Not sure if anything else would work

I know that's what the base layer is for, but doesn't it say to mix foam in to the dye so it's a paste?
