Increasing milk supply; your tips please

Please spam me with any tips for increasing milk supply.

Percy still not feeding too efficiently and needing you ups if expressed milk, although he's getting there
Time to pump is dwindling and do is my supply...
I'm eating porridge every day, and started taking fenugreek (and have an excuse to make more curries )
Please hit me with any more ideas you might have.

Skin to skin, especially in the bath I find!!

Drink loads of water.
Handy time I found to get in skin to skin was have a bath with bubs then cuddle her into my dressing gown so she slept on my chest whilst I sat on sofa.

I'm guessing you're probably still feeding a few times through the night, but if not then express at some time between 2.30-4.00am (evil I know but I know several mums who have boosted supply that way)!
Also, if you're really engorged when you wake up then express the boob Percy doesn't have his first morning feed from because there should still be enough milk for him when he does come to have that boob a bit later.
