What foods can i give from 6 months? (first tastes)

With Ditte, my youngest, we didn't really start until she was 7 month. She just refused anything that wasn't boob
We just tried with whatever we where having as long as it was not too spicy or had honey, raw meet or something like that in it
From 6 month they can eat almost anything except for a few like honey. We just gave her a little taste when we where eating so went almost directly 3 main meals, in the beginning just not full meals
