OOh Reusable kitchen roll  ! I love the ones I've browsed through online but am yet to go there. I'm fairly conservative with kitchen roll though and tend to use cloths anyway.

I'm greenish but striving to get greener!

No dryer (line dry.. choooooore)
Heating only on when its really needed
Reusable nappies (shocker! :giggle: ) and wipes
Grow SOME veg and kill a lot too :-|
Recycle
Reuse water bottles/ boxes etc
Meal planner (save cost and reduce waste)
Have one main meaty meal a week and make the meat last, and only free range/ outdoor reared quality
Most of Juno's clothes are preloved unless the grandmothers get involved

What needs major improving:
Food waste is chucked not composted :nono:
DH is a tech addict so lots of wasted electricity
Overuse of the car, it's hard because work and the grandparents are all 20mins away by car so its not far enough to say no to but not close enough to walk!

I'm enjoying finding old threads I've missed.

We try our best to be green...

    Cloth nappies
Cloth wipes for face and bottoms
CSP - just ordered my first ones!!
Cloth for kitchen and household cleaning
    Recycling
Home grown veg (as much as we can in the spring/summer)
    Half flush
    Low-poo shampoo
Homemade natural window cleaner and weedkiller
Low thermostat (just extra jumpers and good insulated house)
    Knitting and sewing
    Line dry whenever possible
Upcycling (especially outgrown childrens clothes - another excuse for more sewing!)
Hybrid car with Eco drive on permanently
Charity shops/2nd hand sales/car boots - dh loves them!
No fly holidays (Camping in the UK)
Cloth bags (if we do get plastic bags for something they are reused++++ and then used for clearing up after the dog at the park!)
    Reuse plastic containers
    Reuse delivery packaging
    Local butchers
Paperless for almost all our bills/direct debits/banking
