Hypno-birthing CD or DVD?

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good one? @sim I seem to remember you used one? Anyone else? With Louis I went to classes in France - I'm guessing a bit far and they cost a bomb here so I think I'll go the DVD / CD option

I did, it was specific to VBAC but the do others. It was fab and really helped me stay calm and focused and mobile, all of which I think contributed to things going smoothly and me only needing G&A right near the end.

I got one called gentlebirth, it's an Irish cd course and/or classes. I can't recommend the cds, I ended up just short of throwing the cd player across the room in labour, the woman's voice irritated me so much. I actually should have known, because I never liked her voice all the way through pregnancy listening to the cds. That's just personal though lol, others might find her lovely.

@sim are you sure that would be great. Consultant is leaning towards another section but would rather be prepared! X

I had to argue quite a bit to be 'allowed' to try for a VBAC but am very glad I did. Happy to answer any questions you may have too.

I used the natal hypno birthing cds and read the book , loved both and highly recommend them!!

I used a cd really helped before I just forgot to turn it on during labour.
