My SIL's pregnancy is doing great and clearly the Hcg levels are nice and high because she feels shocking!!!!

Has anyone got any top tips for morning (afternoon&evening&night) sickness?

Eek. Poor thing!,ginger is meant to be good.biscuits/tea etc. I found having something to eat before getting out of bed helped. Just a cracker or something. Eating little and often helps. acidic/spicy/fatty food also made me feel yuk

Ginger tea here too, plus eating little and often to keep blood sugars stable.

Agree with the others, although no first hand experience. As you say it is a really good sign and with twin pregnancies it really is a far greater risk to have worse morning sickness as there are just simply more of the pesky hormones running around!

Other natural ideas:
  • Sea sickness wrist bands
  • Homeopathic remedies
  • Ginger everything!

She needs to make sure she stays well hydrated as that can be really bad if she get dehydrated and that is when girls end up getting admitted  :pregnant:
