I have had a look at some techniques that a colleague mentioned to me one of them is 'sifting' which is traditionally done with a Mexican Robozo (short sling) but anything can be used so I just had a go with Mr CMs help and it felt wonderful! You basically use your robozo (long scarf / sling / sheet) and your partner gently jiggles you, it was amazingly relaxing! There is more info here:

The other thing I tried was the forward leaning inversion which while very quick did feel like a lovely ligament stretch and between the 2 things my pelvis actually feels quite loose and nicer than it often does!

They recommend doing this one every day so that is me with my big bum in the air once a day
