Ok so I knew it was likely but bubs will definitely be born by c section on Monday. Placenta no longer covering cervix, but its only 1.5 cms away.
Consent forms signed, bags packed, arrangements made, steroid shot part 1 done (2nd tomorrow at 1) and ready to go.
I can't help be a little sad that it turned out this way, but I am dying to meet my baby now so at least I won't have to wait another 2-4,weeks.
On the plus side, they have agreed to me not having my a screen so I can see bubs make an entrance into the world, plus I can have immediate skin to skin and they won't cut the cord right away, so that's all good.
