Finding a night nappy that lasts more than 8 hours?

All our night nappies have leaked this week.Varying from 4 hours for a WNNN, 10 for boosted flutterby fluff night,7 for babybeehind night well boosted and 8 for boosted little gumnut. I am not sure how long he'll be in mediums for. Our bedbug plus boosted did 10 hours too but only with 2 little lamb and an EP hemp. I am loathe to try disposables but am fed up with everything being soaked as we cosleep atm. Any suggestions- not much preloved around atm

Rhys used to get 10-13 hours from a well boosted minki or slinki minki. But that'd be from maybe 9-12m onwards, I'm guessing you're on about Jacob, in which case I can't be any help as I don't even think Rhys was sleeping 10 hours at Jacob's age :giggle:

He's waking every 1-2 but changing him wakes him up totally and he's then awake for 2 hours rather than going back off within 30 mins!I think I have a minki somewhere so may try it.

Definately try a Minki if you have it - they were great for E when she fitted them. Our Green Panda with crocheted covers are doing well for D at the minute as I need to order more NN, wonder if she does night time nappies?

Are you adding boosters inside the nappy (when using a fitted)? If so try putting them outside the nappy, between nappy and wrap, this is often more effective.

As for nappies to try - I always found hemp/cotton combos were the best for our heavy wetters, so I'd try the Kissaluvs Organic Cotton/Hemp fitted, comes with a booster.

Have you ever tried using wool soakers over the nappies? Might not appeal as co-sleeping but can be very effective on heavy wetters.

Nothing worked for us fitted wise i even had extra super heavy wetter nappies which didnt do as well as pockets. Our fave was a minki one size too big stuffed full of inserts
