Oh joy!!!

After a well-documented battle with night nappies, we finally cracked it last night - I washed the Huggle a couple of times to increase absorbency then stuffed it with 2 X bamboo fleece inserts, a bamboo terry insert and a large hemp insert, covered with a fleece cover. At 7am this morning Jasmine woke up happy with a dry bottom! I'm really hoping that it wasn't a dry night so to check I weighed the wet nappy (I know, madness - 600g if you're interested) - I'll weigh it again when it's all dry and work out how much fluid was in it so I can tell if it was a normal night or not (150/200ml). I've popped the Huggle in the wash to have another go tonight. Got a Night Notions on the way so hopefully we're done with disposables!

YAY I'm soo happy for you, it felt such an acheivment when I cracked nigh nappies with Jak!

Yay, good news. So far we have been fine with night nappies, we use a mix of WNNN and fuzzies, lastnight was a WN and this morning it was really stinky so am lanolising Gracies shorties just now. I have actually thought about weighing nappies as well!!!!!
