anybody else get puddles in the bed?

It is like the pee is not even hitting the diaper and leaking straight out the leg. The diaper is barely wet.
The wool wrap does not fit snug around the leg but I was told this would not be a problem as long as it covers the diaper completely. I thought the diapers were a great fit and work well during the day with no problems. But we have had puddles twice now.
Maybe something about the way DD is laying (on her side perhaps?)

Could it be you have detergent build up? Try doing a strip wash to see if that helps. x

It happens with different nappies, fleece lined and plain cotton.
This last time it happened with a pinned flat nappy which I was sure I had folded really well around the legs to avoid leaks. It has also happned with my fitteds.
Now I'm sure it happens when DD is laying on her side. (We co-sleep and she still nurses)

It does sound like a fit problem when she's laying down. :-? I would try a closer fitting soaker or longies too.

Thanks!
Not sure about buying a new wool wrap when the one I just bought doesn't appear to be working... I might see if I can get the one I've got to fit a little tighter, by sewing snaps on the front or something to shorten the rise. Hope that does the trick!
