Help for new cloth nappy user

Postby NicolaM » Wed Jul 01, 2009 6:43 pm

Hello

I have a four year that stll uses nappies at night. I currently use a disposable pull up but would like to use a cloth alternative. As I am new to all this I am really confused by what is on the market so any advice would be great.

I have a shortlist of three and would appreciate your views....
Motherease Bedwetter Pants, Minki Yoyo standard or slinki.
What is the difference between the standard and slinki and what would I use to stuff these?

All help very much appreciated.

Thanks
Nicola

i don't know about mothercare but we love standard minkis- i think they do a XL, standard are higher in the rise and therefore i find better for nights than the slinki minkis. i stuff mine with a mixture of thinks- bamboo and hemp mainly :D

I've not heard great things about the yoyos if I'm honest, but never tried them, the normal standard and slinki minkis are MUCH better!

They aren't pull ups, but both Upy Daisy and Wee Notions have made my son Night Nappies in XL with XL fleece wraps to use over them. They are really lovely nappies.

If you didn't want 2 parters then he also has a XL standard minki that is great too and has a huge pocket for stuffing.
