I was wondering about this too ... Rufus' NN's are completely saturated in the morning. It goes on him at 7.30pm just before his feed then he goes to bed, we feed him again at 11.30pm (no longer change him as it was waking him up too much) I get him up at 7am and his nappy is wet through, no leaks though & his skin is fine so far. We use Bedbugs, WNNN's and a LLS NN all fair pretty much the same although I prefer the LLS as it's the most trim.

We've tried a fleece wrap but get compression wicking, although the nappy seems very slightly drier ... have just got some fleece soakers to try though, so fingers crossed!
