Knitted soakers for night! Advice please!

Postby kurlysmum » Sun Jun 20, 2010 5:49 pm

I am thinking about knitting some of my own soakers just for nights but totally new to wool (for use with nappies) etc and sounds a bit silly really but on another site someone had advised another person not to put a bodysuit or pjs over the top is this correct!? also which wool is best to use.

you can if its loose over the nappy & soaker (good luck finding something to fit! :hohoho: ) or i think lots of folk use a t-shirt/top or leave the crotch poppers undone on the nightwear.
longies are good in cooler weather as they act as nappy cover & pj bottoms in one
hth
alison

I use a babygrow & pj's with no problem but I have to leave vest poppers open

Just so you know, it has to be at least 80% wool to work as a soaker
