Tis odd - I'm not sure if they're getting small or if it's just that Isabelle's shape has changed and they no-longer suit...

My hemp one has shrunk a bit (which is definatley has) but we're having the same problems with the cotton terry outer one... I think they're possibly getting too small for Isabelle now amazingly!

She's got to be around 30lbs or so now but the weight range is supposed to last up to 40lbs (there is NO way she's over that) and there is no way Isabelle is going to be staying in her sheep one for that long certainly...

I've found the sheep nappy (hemp covered with the sheep print - like the limited edition ones) has shrunk even though I haven't tumbledried it! Though they are washed at 60... Could it be because the hemp fleece used to make it isn't pre-shrunk/washed before the nappies are made?

It's such a shame as Isabelle loves that nappy and they're quite slim fitting too... Admittedly I do have to add a small amount of boosting to them but not enough to mean that I'm struggling to do them up!
Thankfully they're not yet leaving marks on her legs so I'll probably continue until we do but they're quite low rise at the front now...

Oh I don't know how to explain it really - they just don't seem to fit as well as they did when we got them!!

The large puddlepants weedie we have is still enormous on her tho' and fits really well... And to think I was going to sell it!

Would be a shame if she is growing out of them. I think we are on the 3rd popper round the waist and 2nd one on the legs (chubby thighs!) and Charlotte is about 32lbs. I find it quite low in the rise but I don't mind that. I just ordered another one as I like it so much. Our one is the limited edition cotton outer which is hemp and I guess it may have shrunk a bit - could probably tell you when my new one arrives as I ordered exactly the same!

I'm finding that mine seem a bit small too, and I think it's that they are too short in the rise - quite possibly where the hemp has shrunk

Shame you aren't selling the weedie, i saw it in the FS section earlier and was umming about asking for it! That and my Jimmy Riddles are the best fitting night nappies at the mo. And the kaypee with lots of boosting.

The hemp will shrink when washed but that is taken into account ...... wonder if I need to start making them with a higher rise. Good job I read this forum and didn't miss this or I wouldn't have known, as no one else has mentioned anything Saying that though I have them for Amelie and it is fine and dandy. Who knows ...

I was browsing earlier and was thinking of asking for a bigger rise I'd be happy to test it hehehehhee

They were ok until the last couple of weeks where she is peeing so much I have to add extra stuffing and that's when it doesn't fit well. I thinkif I used it just with it's own boosters it would be fine.

ahhh that would make sense, boosting the outer rather than the inner (if possible) sounds like the way to go then

It's not really possible with wool though - I tried!!!

Well this is it - they fit perfectly round the waist - 2nd or 3rd poppers depending on how I stuff them - but indeed...

I was thinking about emailing you this Suzanne but thought I'd post on here first and check it wasn't just me!! Was going to email you once I'd checked it wasn't me just being daft or Isabelle being HUGE!

Ali - I'll go and remove that from the sale section now - I posted it to see if there was any interest, but there wasn't!

I think the Hemp only shrinks in one direction doesn't it - I stretch out my inserts when they're drying and they do have a fair bit of stretch to them but only in one direction...

Ali we're the same - until very recently they've been fine, so either I'm boosting more (which I don't think I am) or Isabelle has suddenly shot up! (very likely...) - It does fit better with its own boosters but we're not guaranteed that will last through the night now...
