Puddlekins are wide but they are very soft so there is a lot of give in them. A's all wool superwetter from Puddlekins is a huge nappy but she isn't uncomfortable in the slightest. She is well able to walk & turn over in bed wearing them. She has never seemed uncomfortable in it at all.

The old style puddlekins do come up smaller in the rise compared to the all hours. I have the old style and N gets really bad builders bum with them. However the new all hours are bigger all round and the rise is higer so no builders bum in it.

I think Emma said it was to do with shrinkage. The old stlye did a bit but the all hours don't as the materials have been completely pre shrunk I think. It's on her thread somewhere.
