Personally I'd ditch the microfibre and also the fleece/minki, sometimes wee can wick off it, rather than soak through it in my experience. I wasn't using any liner for a good year or so of our nappy using, we'd gone completely for bamboo with wool over the top.

Bamboo is a fast absorber hun. Hemp is the slow one so as long as there is bamboo on top of that, you're flying. Best not to have microfibre in a night nappy. Your inserts sound good

Last night in the WNNN went well. No leaks! I'm going to but a couple more NN if things go well and save myself the hassle if trying to find what works. Once I get better at using cloth in the night I may start to play around a bit more. Thanks for all the advice. At least I now know the best way to stuff a nappy!
