HELP super weeing 12 week old :-(

Postby vivien500 » Wed Sep 21, 2011 3:31 am

My son is 12 weeks and up until now boosted smartipants have worked well for us at night. The last 2 nights he has woken at 4am wet. Does this make him a hea y wetter? I have tried boosting with bamboo and hemp but he's tiny (9lb15oz) so I can't put too muchin or he looks uncomfortable. Is it time to start proper night nappies already? We also have easyfits which I could try boosting? And Bambooty easy nights which havent been great but they were new so wondering ifthey need a few more washes?
Any help?

Try a dedicated night nappy. My 10 week old DD wears Puddlekins All Hours or Holdens Landing bedbugs. I also use wool over her nappies too as it helps to make them less wet by absorbing some of the liquid from the nappy and allowing it to evaporate.

Yeah I agree with Louise too!
We use HL bed bug plus & LLS heavy wetter night nappies

Not really a heavy wetter as such. Most babies would need a dedicated night nappy by 4 mths. Weenotion night nappies are great. As are Holden's Landing bedbugs. Luscious little somethings & Puddlekins/Little gumnut are great too. I would try those before going for a specific heavy wetter night nappy.
