Online shop help

As some of you know, I used to have an online shop selling nappies. I really want to get it opened again cos I have no money and I need to make some. However, I have not the slightest idea of how you would go about opening an online shop and the legalities of it all. My ex dealt with all that side of stuff last time and I didn't get involved because I didn't think I needed to. Therefore I now have no clue what I need to do before I can 'open'. Anyone know? It would be much appreciated. I'm in the UK xx

I think a lot of WAHMs use Prestashop. Mr Clothmama can also set up shops

I wanted to get it set up on facebook for now until I make some money because I can't really afford to host right now. I'm thinking things like insurance? What kind would I need and where would I get it? Tax I know I need to fill in a form and send it off. Just worried there's something big I'm missing x
