What do do with peaches?

Peach vodka
Peach pound cake
Peach crumble cake
Bottled in syrup
I have a similar problem here

Not sure where to start so sat here looking at (and eating!) a big bowl of them! Havent' got any more off the tree either! Need to decide and do something. Lots of things seem to need peel peaches and they are quite small so that is scaring me off.

@clothmama well it's not an exact science! I put peaches chopped into chunks in a large glass jar add about 4tbsp of sugar, you can stick some vanilla pods in if you want, cover with vodka and leave in a dark place. The longer you leave it the better it is just strain it and drink with gay abandon!

I ve got the same problem with plums and we have been eating them as much our tummys allow and also making a plum sponge - basically laying them in a flan dish stoned and cut in half with some brown sugar sprinkled on the top and then putting an average sponge batter on top and baking). Simple and quick ( as I don't have time to do jam or anything more extravagant at the mo). It tastes yummy, I m sure peaches can't be that different!
I haven't tried yet but intend to freeze some without stones in order to make that dish in the winter.
