Turn veggies into spaghetti?

I mean do you cut them by hand or use a special kitchentool?
My kitchenrobot died, only the blenderpart still works, so I'm trying to decide on what I really need ;)

@autumnalgirl I have no idea as I've never used a tool for this but I reckon there's some tool that can do it better then me and a knife :giggle: Not sure if there are foodprocessors that can do it..

For a long time I cut the courgettes by hand then eventually a month or two ago I bought a spiralizer - it is a special machine - I got mine from a cheapy shop for 12 euros - it is identical to most of the ones at the cheap end of the market (and I did read they all come from the same factory) - but I didn't want to pay 20 pounds, or even 20 euros for one (which is what I'd been seeing them at everywhere else).

This is the sort of thing (mine is all white):

A spiraliser is the 'proper' way to do it but I use a julienne peeler. Not as pretty and curly but still ok :D

Oh and I saw that Kitchen Aid now have an attachment for their mixers so hoping Kenwood will follow suit and I can get one at some point!

Thanks, looks like a big thing @clothmama.
I've found these ones online:

This one is 20 euro.

And this one is 15 euro.

Will keep my eyes open to see if I can find the one you have.

Yep the one I have is big - I have to keep it on top of the overhead cupboards (which means as I'm short getting up on my little short persons stool I keep in the kitchen  :giggle: ) so if you like the smaller ones you have found I'd go with them if the reviews are good as they look like they take up much less space!
