The Bread Thread!

I'm falling in love with baking our own bread. Today I attempted 1 loaf and some bread rolls - I'm thrilled with the result (except the blokes couldn't resist so they are already into it :lol:

Would love to see what you guys are doing

They'd have been better if I hadn't forgotten the salt!!!!! They were a good texture though.
