Not done a meal plan for a while but have been trying out a few new dishes. In the last week weve had chicken satay and savoury rice, sausage and butterbean cssserole and potato wedges. Id forgotten I actually enjoy cooking new things!
I have 2 meal plans atm, 1 for the children and one for me (diet friendly!). Must finish my reusable menu planner soon for when we're eating the same meals again.
S - Meat and potato pie with honey roast carrots M - Ricotta and bacon tart with a warm salad of zucchini, capsicum, tomoato & cannellini beans with Turkish bread T - Spaghetti with eggplant and capsicum sauce and garlic bread W - Slow cooker oxtail stew with cheesy mustard mash T - Minestrone soup with HM garlic and herb bread F - Algarve tuna with cous cous, Dutch carrots and broccoli
