Sitting up

Postby ems101 » Mon Oct 08, 2012 8:34 am

James wears ll bamboo or bamboozle stretches atvthe mo, but now he's sitting up more, I'm finding that they are too bulky at the waist and he can't bend easily to a sitting position. I've tried playing with the rise but it just seems to make it more bulky! He's a really chunky boy at 3.5m and about 18lbs.

When Ed was learning to sit, he was teeny, only 4.5 months. Good Flexitime made his bum weeble like so I ended up putting him in disposables for 3 days until he'd got his balance and then put him back in cloth.
I think this time round I'll use prefolds with a nippa as that would be thinner and easier for him. I didn't have any prefolds last time.

This is more of a bulk issue than getting used to the weight. Not sure whether to get some more easy fits or something for the time being

ah no, hes not quite sitting yet, its more when I prop him up or hold him sitting. We've managed to get the rise right now, so its not really an issue any more. I CANT wait til he's sitting up on his own!! x
