from what I can remember:

Rainbow are slimmer and as such are the lease absorbant, the organic cotton ones are the most absorbant (out of the 3 listed) and are fluffiest and stay softer that the cotton ones, cotton ones are in the middle!

i always preferred the bamboozles personally though  (slimmer yet more absorbant that any of the other 3!)

I agree with Jan. If I could go back to beginning, I would get more bamboozles and less cotton tots. The bamboozles come in nice colours too :)

Rather than bamboozles though, I would go for Bambineo / Bambinex, especially in size 1 as the tabs are longer and also cross over so I found them a much better fit on Ben as a newborn and the lasted longer.

Actually I'd avoid bamboozles - all mine shrunk as I tumble-dried them :?

I have a rainbow tots - brilliant
And some organic cotton tots - also fab, fluffier and thicker and more absorbent than the rainbow, but not as big bizzarely... Perhaps that's just the thickness reducing the rise...

Thanks. Just been looking at the offers on Amazon and decided to go for it. I've ordered,

Day pack of white cotton nippa (5 nappies and wrap) for £16.71
2 x organic orange nippa (£2.98 each)
2 x organic green nippa (£3.31 each)

I also added something described as Tots Bots Bamboo Booster as it has an RRP of £49.99 and costs £3.90. Worth seeing what arrives I think

So 9 size 1 basic nappies for £ 33, not bad me thinks.

Nippa way way better on a newborn, velcro tots didn't fit our babies for ages. I do like bamboozles alot becuase they are absorbant butslim for that daily preweaning weeathon in the v tiny (but they are v slow to dry as a consequence.) If you'd like a bamboozle equivalent which is nippa, try the twt clwt bamboo, along with the stuffie and the quickflip it is the king of size one two parters as far as I am concerned.
