Bamboo Sandy's - bulkier than cotton?

I've got 2 preloved cotton XS Sandy's and I love them and I think they'll fit Findlay absolutely perfectly once he's a bit bigger but they don't seem to last long before they are soaked. Now I'm not sure if this is because they just aren't absorbant enough (not sure how you define a heavy wetter?) or if it's because they are still a bit too big so we have leg and waist gape but I was thinking that the bamboo version should be more absorbant than the cotton and so might last a bit longer.

Are the bamboo version any bulkier than the cotton ones as I really like the fit of the cotton?

Shouldn't be - bamboo versions of cotton nappies are usually slimmer...

Never tried the cotton but I love the bamboo, Gracie is wearing one to bed tonight boosted with pd insert and an easy peasy, that will last 12-13 hours. x

both of these are the same as regards to bulkiness etc only bamboo is more absorbant, seen the bamboos are now on babykind

I don't own any, but have dyed both, and they look very very similar to me!
