Now I remember why I don't like buying long distance :( I've just got some GMs and one of them has a faulty snap. They have offered to send me another one but I don't know where I can get them put on. What kind of place fixes snaps? or should I be sending the nappy back?

I'm afraid its a common problem with GMs, one of the reasons why I won't buy one. A few WAHMs do a snap replacement service for about 50p a snap (plus postage costs). Pocketbots is one of them.

I'd send it back. I had to send one back for a customer and they were great - sent the replacement straight away (before they got the old one back), they refunded the postage straight after I told them how much. And they sent a free wipe back with the new one

I have 18 Gm's and *touches wood* havnt ever had a faulty snap, however I have 10 of a certain brand of UK WAHM nappies and had to send about 6 of those back for snap replacement so i think its a comon thing and deffinatly not a reason not to buy a GM (IMO of course!).

I have had *cough* over a 100 *cough* GM's and the only time I've had an issue is one of my custom's they forgot to put a snap on. I'm going to put it on myself, easy enough.

I did finally have my first snap issue period, on an itti bitti but I did kind of rip the soaker off in a hurry

Some have problems and others don't such as life!
