I was charged on an Holdens Landing coop once, and once i got the letter i rang up customs and they arranged the correct price to be sent to parcel force before i even paid/collected. So i didnt have to claime a refund as they can do it all on their systems the same day if its an error x

:wine: I've just got a letter saying that a full refund is on its way :wine:
I couldn't get through on the phone so wrote to them instead and after nearly 2 months they have replied. They admit it was their mistake so are refunding the PO handling fee too!
Now what to buy with the refund......
