Oh, and Parcelforce always seem to put every charge under 'VAT' on the form rather than splitting it into VAT and import duty, so that really doesn't help with clarity...

This drives me batty!!!

I was charged on an Holdens Landing coop once, and once i got the letter i rang up customs and they arranged the correct price to be sent to parcel force before i even paid/collected. So i didnt have to claime a refund as they can do it all on their systems the same day if its an error x

I've just got a letter saying that a full refund is on its way
I couldn't get through on the phone so wrote to them instead and after nearly 2 months they have replied. They admit it was their mistake so are refunding the PO handling fee too!
Now what to buy with the refund......
