Dunk n fluff question.

I am wanting to get some dunk n fluffs for my little boy.
He's 7weeks and 10lb6oz and 55cm long. I don't know whether to buy XS or S. Are the generously sized? Or would he outgrow the XS quickly?
My OH is starting to notice the amount of nappies about now so I need to restrict my buying a little lol.
Thanks!

I think the XS would be a lovely fit, but wouldn't last long at all ... I think the majority of people get 6-8 weeks out of Newborn Nappies, then you'd need to add on waiting time for them to be delivered especially if you are getting them direct from Tami in the USA ...

I never had any XS, my 1st ones were S and they fitted for a good while, I have found that there is quite a bit of overlap between the sizes so my LO was wearing S & M at the same time and now M & L (although he's almost out of the M's now).

HTH's!

I'd get smalls rather than xs. I found the xs didn't last long at all, but my son grew at an astonishing rate.

If he is already over 10lbs then definitely get a small. XSs are generously sized compared to some newborn nappies but you possibly would only get a few weeks wear out if it. I have small babies and the XSs last us a good few months but smalls will definitely fit for longer. There are several UK stockists if you don't want to wait and order from the US.

Do you know where I can get them from within the UK?

Also, what wraps would you recommend for use with them? I have seen nappy and wrap matching sets which I liked. X

I don't use wraps, only wool but have heard that Dunk n Fluff wraps are great. They have some matching sets for sale at Babybots. These UK sellers have DnFs in stock - Jabula, The Nappy Garden, Kingdom of Fluff and Babybots.

The Dunk N Fluff wraps are excellent. I have one for The Gorilla and it works over all of our nappies - great coverage without being too puffy. And very reliable too - never leaks.

Definitely agree about getting smalls rather than xsmall. DS is 60c long and about 12 and a half pounds. He wears smalls on the second loosest setting.

thankyou very much for your help - and the links Louise.

I haven't quite got into wool yet, but am wanting to. Do you have any recommendations? x
