Posted: Fri Mar 11, 2011 5:03 pmYou don't really need pics but look at Bonnie's K&F store, there are pics of the inners of the ones for sale there. Bedbugs have 2 lay in boosters, bedbug pluses 3 so yes you could take out one of the boosters for use during the day. Personally I wouldn't though as they are higher rise nappies and have a wider crotch than some day nappies so wouldn't be particularly slim fitting.

Posted: Fri Mar 11, 2011 5:28 pmThey're not slim, but if you have a really heavy day wetter then they're fabulous. We had to use night nappies on Noah in the day because he was such a heavy wetter from about 15months. Bedbugs were amongst the few that contained his weeing.
I must say that although they're bulky, they're not ridiculously so..you won't find a slim nappy suitable for a heavy wetter imo.
