Fleece liners for newborn nappies

has anyone made their own newborn nappy fleece liners? (e.g. from existing larger liners) or is there somewhere where i can buy tiny fleece liners from? many thanks xxx

I just folded our existing larger liners to fit smaller nappies.

you can just cut up a fleece blanket to the size you want. i didn't actually use liners until the kids were onto solids as bf poo just washes out. i found it sometimes left a yellowy tinge, but an hour outside and that was gone. not sure if that's the ame with formula.
