Dunk'n'fluff help please :-)

We have been in larges fron under 12 months and at almost 29 months are on loosest snaps so will probably need xl before he potty trains.He has chunky thighs but quite a skinny waist.50th centile for height and 75th for weight.

My DD is short in height but needs a high rise so ive just sized up to Larges, they are alot bigger BUT will fit her till PT which mediums wont shes 16 months x
