I have a Samsung Tab 2 with the free Kindle app. It's the same size as a kindle but has Android so I can get apps for the other bookstores too. The downside is it's £200. It's great for reading at home, on the bus etc. The problem is I can't sit in the sunshine with it like I could with a Kindle because of the type of screen but then I pick up a paper book if I want to do that. I have three books on the go at the moment.

I love my kindle, have just been reading it in the bath! The only thing I don't like is that it isn't lit so I can't read my book in the dark during night feeds :giggle:

Hmmm, I have thought about Kindle's for so long but just not sure I would love it. I much prefer the feeling of having a book in my hands to read, having a lump of plastic just doesn't appeal...tho so many people love the Kindle's it can't be all that bad!

I was exactly the same. I love books and book shops and the smell and the feel, but honestly, the few times I've picked up a book recently (normally when having a bath, before I realised I could just stick the kindle in a ziplock bag to make it waterproof lol) they've annoyed me, too heavy, not easy with one hand etc. You really do convert to the kindle very easily.

Really? This is the main reason I want one! Oh no, will have to rethink!
