the series of fasntasy books by Steven Erikson, starting with Gardens of the Moon. Has anyone read this, or is reading it? I'm on the fourth book in the series, it's so brilliant my house and hubby are almost neglected :giggle:

Gardens of the Moon and the a couple of those that followed are excellent and innovative, but when he killed off most of the Bridgeburners, I lost interest :(

@tanya

I know, it's tough going :( But my friend has read them all and has assured me that after the fifth/sixth book they start to converge much more, and there is more with the BridgeBurners :wink: But the books are so clever, hopefully it's worth losing so many "friends" and it all goes somewhere!
