Been looking through my nappies and came across something weird.
I have a pocket bot (green monkeys design) which is a poly outer printed PUL. I felt inside and it felt weird so turned it inside out and its like its got a plastic bag in there, the thin plastic is seperate from the monkey bit of the fabric and feels like you could put your finger through it if you tried.
I do recall that it was feeling a bit strange when I was stuffing it in the past but I never looked inside it.
Is it possible for the PUL bit of the fabric to seperate from the fabric bit? Do you think thats what has happened here? Should I email Hilary do you think? Its a while since I bought the nappy, can't even remember how long.
i saw in another post on here, that she said it iscommon fir that to happen of that partic fabric, mine has done it too but doesnt leak - the plastic laminate is detatched but undamaged.. i wonder if its because thst fsbric is a bit stretchier?
I emailed Hilary about that exact same thing and she said that it's just that particular pul fabric that de-laminates. It doesn't seem to have any effect on the performance of the nappy but is just a bit weird to touch.
