Epic LL pocket fail :(

So this morning was our first try of the free tester pocket os nappy we got from little lamb!

Well I knew putting a new nappy on Eleanor was bound to make her poo (why is it they always poop in a new nappy!!)

But it wasn't a that big a dirty nappy and it was semi-solid - but serious serious leakage!!

It reminds me why we don't do birth to potty nappies on Eleanor.
She needed the highest rise but the tightest waist setting - and even then I think we could have done with it tighter

Oh well

Oh no We are still waiting for our freebee, wont hold out too much hope!

It came with 1 single bamboo insert- and it's the thinnest insert I've ever seen. :/

thats no good!!! YOu at least need a MF layer. Probably why it leaked for you. Im dissapointed already. Ive been so impressed by LL and their bamboo fitteds. I guess stick to what you know eh?

No baby for me to put it on yet, but I got a LL freebie in the psot the other day.

Pretty disappointing that it's just an eBay cheapy.

Shame it didn't work for you. I like the look of their trifold bamboo inserts, did it not come with one of those? BTW we don't use mf in any of our nappies as that's what causes leaks for us. Decent bamboo inserts (ie not really thin cheapy ones!) and hemp work perfectly.

No it's just a single layer flat bamboo layer.
It's thinner than the little lamb bamboo boosters that we have!!!

Wow! I don't really rate their boosters at all so if its thinner then sounds like its virtually useless! These are the inserts I assumed they would include - http://www.littlelambnappies.com/access ... o-inserts-

I've tried our freebie and got on ok. But stuffed with hemp and microfibre. The bamboo provided is soooo thin, I think its a waste of time. I will be email my feedback x
