I think I'd go for a large too, more room for stuffing. If she's quite tall I'd probably go for high rise too. (In my pic of the triple cut nappies the one on the left is high rise, the one on the right standard rise).

Definately go for large, Summer's bday nappies were large with 17" rise, which is smaller than standard rise, and fitted perfickly, she was 16lb at the time I think, shes fitted large standard rise a while too, and she's only 18lb now

Is the leg elastic the same in a L high rise as a standard rise? and how do i order a specific rise - just include it in the notes? TIA :D

The mediums are a little narrower, so slightly trickier to stuff. Up until just recently I preferred mediums on Lili  (she's pretty slim, 24 lbs at 2 yrs) and they still fit her fine but are starting to get a bit just in the leg. She wears M high rises on the 2nd popper (waist and thigh, though I should probably go to the 1st one!) and L standard rises on the 3rd popper.

I didn't like how the wings on the larges rode up in the front at first, but that seems to be less of a problem now.

mmm, i have been wondering about the standard vs high rise as well. My wee man is about 20lbs at 8 months, he quite easily wears his onesize nappies at full size at the moment. Am wanting to try the SS as i read here that you can popper them and then pull them up, seems like an ideal solution to a strong wriggly baby!Hope you get the right fit for your wee one.

I don't like the large high rise, standard is plenty tall enough for us .

Dylan is about 30lb at 18 months and has just gone into a large SR from the med high rise...
