WNOS leg gaping?

I have serious (poo explosion-serious iykwim) leg gaping with my WNOS. I tried to adjust the poppers more tightly but then it's too tight on the belly. I'm gutted! Could it be because of the insert? I used a Ptits Dessous one so pretty thick... Could I have more luck with an applix fastening?

From what I have read on here this seems to be a problem that lots of people experience with WNOS unfortunately.

I've always found side snap nappies a much better fit (blueberries are the best I've found )

I don't think OS nappies are a very good fit in general on a lot of babies.

I don't have any problems with BG OS though... Maybe because of the applix?

I have the same issue with my WNOS. It gapes across DS's belly and leaks through the sides and I use a Ptits Dessous insert. My BGs, however, are bombproof and I do find I get a better fit across his tummy with aplix.

What rise setting are they on?? Have you tried lowering the rise?

WSS... SOphie is still on the medium rise at 19 months. The high rise would give her awful leg gape

Yeah Summer is still on the medium rise and was on the lowest rise until she was at least 1

I think rise was the problem! I tried again today and lowered the rise... No leaks! Thanks everyone!
